1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver orders all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (Trax,Post Ex, Leopard, M&P).
Estimated delivery time:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days

Other Areas / Villages: 4–6 business days
(Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or public holidays.)
3. Shipping Charges

A flat delivery fee of ₨199 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service nationwide.
You can safely check your parcel before payment to ensure product satisfaction.
5. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details so you can easily track your order.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, please refuse the parcel and contact our support team immediately.

If you’re not available to receive your order, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you by phone.
